Special Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 plates of white rice (preferably cold rice)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 100 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp seasoning (optional)
- 1 stalk of spring onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked.
- Push the chicken to the side, then pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
- Add white rice and mix well.
- Pour in sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Stir until evenly coated.
- Add the spring onions, stir briefly, then remove from heat.
- Serve the fried rice with a sunny-side-up egg, crackers, and pickles.

Resep Nasi Goreng Spesial
Bahan-bahan:
- 2 piring nasi putih (sebaiknya nasi dingin)
- 2 butir telur, kocok lepas
- 100 gram ayam fillet, potong kecil
- 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
- 2 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
- 2 sdm kecap manis
- 1 sdm saus tiram
- 1 sdt garam
- ½ sdt merica bubuk
- ½ sdt penyedap rasa (opsional)
- 1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
Cara Memasak:
- Panaskan minyak dalam wajan, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah hingga harum.
- Masukkan ayam, tumis hingga matang.
- Geser ayam ke sisi wajan, lalu tuangkan telur kocok. Orak-arik hingga matang.
- Masukkan nasi putih, aduk rata.
- Tambahkan kecap manis, saus tiram, garam, merica, dan penyedap rasa. Aduk hingga bumbu merata.
- Masukkan daun bawang, aduk sebentar lalu angkat.
- Sajikan nasi goreng dengan telur mata sapi, kerupuk, dan acar.
